1-hour weekly group sessions (8 weeks - max 12 athletes per group)
10 - 13 years / 14 - 16 years / 17 & over age groups
Groups sessions are designed around athletes similar skill and playing ability levels. This is to ensure athletes are benefiting from the appropriate level of challenges in a small group training.
Focus on sessions include:
Technical development & fine-tuning (passing, dribbling, running with the ball, finishing)
High level of intensity under pressure
Attacking and defending skills
Positioning and tactical adjustments
Small-sided games to enhance in-game decision making, technical/tactical awareness and application
